Welcome to BAM! Mini-Mind! These Terms of Use govern your purchase and use of our mastermind program.
Description of the Service
The BAM! Mini-Mind includes - 6 weeks of hot seat calls: 3 calls minimum per person. - Slack chat access - Copy, branding, launching, and messaging expertise - Mastermind setting - Bonuses where applicable
Payment Terms
The total cost for participation in the program is $1999.00 USD. From time to time promotional pricing will be offered, including discounts and bonus offerings.
Payment shall be made as follows in one lump sum via credit card.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be granted. Chargebacks are not accepted.
Access and Usage Rights
All materials provided in the BAM! Mini-Mind, including but not limited to, the textual content, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the intellectual property of Elenny Frometa and Maggie Isley or are used with permission or under license. These materials are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Participants may use these materials for single commercial purposes only and must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information or work contained in the program.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to adhere to standards of behavior.

Disclaimers
The program is provided "as is", and MIM Strategy LLC and WitCopy, LLC make no guarantees of specific results.
In no event will Elenny Frometa and Maggie Isley be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from, or directly or indirectly related to, the use of, or the inability to use, the program or the content, materials, and functions related thereto, including, without limitation, loss of revenue, or anticipated profits, or lost business, data, or sales. In no event will the total liability of Elenny Frometa and Maggie Isley to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort including, but not limited to, negligence, or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the BAM! Mini-Mind.

While we are proud of the success of our program participants, BAM! makes no representations or guarantees regarding individual success. You acknowledge that the ultimate success or failure of your personal or business endeavors will be the result of your own efforts, particular situation, and innumerable other circumstances beyond the control and/or knowledge of BAM!.

Termination of Access
BAM! Mini-Mind reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our mastermind program at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use. Upon termination, your right to use the program will immediately cease.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the program. All provisions of the Terms of Use which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
We may provide notice of termination or suspension by regular mail or email. It is your responsibility to keep your contact information current.
Changes to Terms
BAM! reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use, at any time. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Your continued use of the BAM! Mini-Mind following the posting of changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. As long as you comply with these Terms of Use, BAM! grants you a single-commercial, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited privilege to enter and use the program.
Governing Law
This Agreement and any action related thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ohio without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to the subject matter of this Agreement shall be finally settled by arbitration in Ohio, using the English language in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures of Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services, Inc. ("JAMS") then in effect, by one commercial arbitrator with substantial experience in resolving intellectual property and commercial contract disputes, who shall be selected from the appropriate list of JAMS arbitrators in accordance with the Streamlined Arbitration Rules and Procedures.
